San11_Eng.exe does not seem to modify any other game files, so other problems may be temporary, solved by restarting the system. Some users who have modified files in order to make the game run without the actual game disc have to launch the original game executable, San11.exe, and exit out, before the English-patched San11_Eng.exe will launch (otherwise it silently dies with no error).

To launch the game with English translations, play with the San11_Eng.exe file instead of San11.exe.
